"The time we spent in the house was very pleasant and we enjoyed location in regards to, especially, Disney Land. As always in US driving is a necessity and this was the case here as well. A nicely equipped kitchen, good beds, and nice shower. The washer and drier was used on several occasions with ease as well. All in all recommendable."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was quiet both during the day and night. The house was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The beds were super comfortable and roomy.The yard needed some maintenance but with that said it is winter, lol. I do wish the washer and dryer were inside, but those are small things compared to everything else. "Place was clean, got to the property and there was 2 men working so already felt uncomfortable spoke to the host about it she said she didn’t know they left 3 hrs later and left a mess so I didn’t want to go use the back yard , garbage disposal was not working every time I did dishes I had to use a plunger, host lied and said the person that lived in the back was on business wanted to sleep in couldn’t lady in the back works us all up. "Do not book with this host, he does not keep the house at a safe standard: We were shocked to see on our last day, that there is a missing outside A/C 30 amp 120/240 volt fuse disconnect cover missing exposing live wires, exposed to the elements, which could have caused a fire. 2 broken & exposed outlets in bedrooms (thank goodness we didn't have children.) Smoke detector taped with blue tape. Balcony is rickety, & the sliding door to balcony on second floor did not lock. Also: No Kitchen...
