House Rules and Important Policies

By booking this Hotel Suite, you agree to comply with the following essential rules. Smoking of cannabis is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors, including patios and any surrounding areas. If cannabis use is part of your plans, this property will not be suitable for your stay. Cigarettes and vaping are permitted only outdoors and several feet away from windows and doors. All cigarette waste must be properly disposed of. Any cigarette remains found on the property will result in a three hundred dollar cleaning fee.

The total number of guests and visitors must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Additional visitors are not permitted at any time. If occupancy exceeds the booked guest count, a fee of two hundred dollars per extra person per night will be applied.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, loud music and excessive bass are not allowed. A noise monitoring device is installed to track sound levels only. It does not record conversations. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
