Just 4 kilometers from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, this 85 m² detached house is perfect for family or friends to discover the heritage and famous Bordeaux wines.



With two bedrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Two additional guests can stay using the sofa bed in the living room.



Nestled within the 45-hectare Château Saint-Georges vineyard, the accommodation has been fully renovated to offer you optimal comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), opening onto a welcoming dining area. The living room, with exposed beams and a TV, is ideal for relaxing in a bright and inviting atmosphere.



The first bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a 180 cm bed and is opposite the separate bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom features a 160 cm double bed and its own private bathroom.



Enjoy the garden furniture and covered terrace for breakfast or a glass of wine overlooking the vines.



For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. For families with children, a travel cot and high chair are available. Private parking is available along the house.
