Country house 'Villa Rose' with shared terrace and garden

Located in Montagnac-Montpezat, ideally situated between four lakes (Saint-Croix du Verdon, Esparron de Verdon, Montpezat, and Quinson) and the Verdon Gorge, this 70 m² country house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You have two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The house is on one level, with no steps inside or outside. Enjoy your own TV and barbecue, plus shared toys and books for children and a play area.



Outside, relax in the garden or on one of the two private terraces, perfect for outdoor meals or friendly gatherings. One terrace is shaded by an old walnut tree and pine grove. Built traditionally on a north-facing slope, the house stays cool and dry even in summer heat.



A shared parking space is available on site. Pets are welcome—one per stay (except category 1 or 2 dogs or trained guard dogs)—as long as they are sociable with our three cats.



Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



The host lives on site, but there is no direct view between your accommodation and the host’s home. Only the property entrance and parking areas are shared. Access by car is recommended due to the unpaved road leading to the property.



The bedrooms are arranged in a row: to reach the second bedroom and the bathroom, you pass through the first bedroom.



The bathroom is rustic and traditional, matching the authentic charm of this Provençal house. It is clean and functional but should not be compared to a modern bathroom.
