House Rules — Please Read Carefully
Reservation & Guest Policy
The minimum age to book is 21 years old, with a valid government-issued ID required.
The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in your reservation.
This rule applies to you and all your guests and/or visitors.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited:
Inside the apartment
On balconies and terraces
At entrances and in all common areas
Within 9 meters of the building
No cigarette butts are allowed anywhere on the property.
Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $500 fine, and you may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Noise & Gatherings
No loud parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, inside and outside.
Please remain discreet at all times. If gathering, stay indoors as voices carry far.
No noise after 11 PM under any circumstances.
Respect the neighbors and community rules at all times.
Consequences for Rule Violations
If these standards are not respected:
$500 fine for smoking violations or major infractions
Immediate eviction without refund
Fines starting at $150 may be issued by the building co-ownership (Verbier), and these amounts will be reclaimed from you
In serious cases, police may be called
Cleanliness & Respect for the Property
Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean any substances.
No shoes are allowed inside the apartment. Please always remove them before entering.
Stained items will be charged for replacement.
Please pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas.
No shoes inside the apartment. Leave shoes at the entrance.
Keep all common spaces clean and quiet — no music or loud activities.
Parking & Traffic Rules
Park in the correct space — your unit number is written on the garage pillars.
Visitor parking is on the street only.
Do not park on the lawn.
Maximum driving speed on-site is 10 km/h, day and night — children, families, and pets share the space.
Do not drive through the roundabout on the other side of the property.
Pavilion, Spa, and Gym Access
Access pass is required for the pavilion and spa — it is linked to your unit and must be carried with you at all times.
It is STRICTLY forbidden to consume or bring alcohol into any area of the spa pavilion, both indoors and outdoors.
You may be asked to show it at any time.
Spas are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, and the gym opens at 6 AM.
This area is peaceful and quiet — please respect the tranquil atmosphere.
Access after closing hours is strictly prohibited. Security or police may intervene.
Children & Supervision
Parents must supervise children at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and the spa.
Constant supervision ensures safety and a pleasant stay for everyone.
Security & Surveillance
A security guard is generally on site.
The premises are monitored by cameras and caring neighbors.

Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp on your departure day.
