Lækkert spa hotel i luksuriøse omgivelser
Et dejligt spahotel i rolige og smukke omgivelser. Den termiske pool er en lækker kombi til hotellets egen pool med ferskvand. Utrolig god service og lækker mad og cocktails. Kan varmt anbefales.

Meget dejligt sted, men morgenmad var for ufleksibelt, til den pris bør man kunne få både æg og ost! Der er dejlig fittnes men ikke Pilated og andre timer som der står beskrevet? Og tennis lidt dyrt 45 euro…

OK ophold
Lidt slidt hotel og maden i restauranten kedelig. Fik dejlig massage og grotten var et skønt besøg om end dyr EURO 40 per person. Havde udsigt til hotellets skraldespande og baggård.

Skønt skønt hotel, med den bedste placering. Vi boede der i 6 dage og kørte rundt. 30-40 min til Firenze, Lucca, Pisa.Rigtig god restaurant og meget børnevenligt personale

This is a fabulous property with unique things to do that you simply cannot find anywhere else!! The cave is a must. There are swimming pools and saunas and steam room. Plus a whole host of personal body treatments. Also the grounds have hiking trails. Close to very good small restaurants and great area historical sites. Treat yourself to this amazing place at least once.

Consigliata. Tutto perfetto, ricevimento ottimo. Grotta termale fantastica, mai fatta un'esperienza del genere. Dalla zona spa mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, al confronto con altre strutture. Ristorante non all'altezza della struttura.

Vakker eiendom med stort potensiale…
Førsteinntrykket var strålende - pene og luksuriøse fellesområder, nylig renovert, men med den klassiske og typiske stilen for området intakt. Vi hadde et standard rom som var godt utstyrt og pent innredet. Dessverre skulle førsteinntrykket bli utfordret. Hovedproblemet var air-condition. Denne lagde en høy lyd, og første natten klarte den ikke å kjøle rommet under 25 grader. Vi klaget til resepsjonen, og de måtte visstnok gjøre en sentral tilpasning (selv om vi selv skulle kunne justere +/- 3 grader fra rommet), og andre natten klarte den kjøle rommet til minimum 23 grader. Når anlegget startet gikk lyden fra 30db til 40db, noe som er godt over anbefalingen på et soverom, og nok til å holde oss delvis våkne gjennom natten. Det var to ulike puter tilbudt, men begge hadde svært dårlig støtte for hode. Alt i alt to varme, bråkete og ubehagelige netter. Det virker som at de er noe urutinerte med fem stjerners service. «Turndown-service» som de beskriver på hjemmesiden sin opplevde vi ikke, kun den andre dagen kom de innom kl 18 og spurte om vi ville bytte håndklær. Det er et fint spaområde, men deler av det er gammelt og hører ikke til hotellet. Hotellets eget basseng var fint, men området virker uferdig og delvis stengt. Poolbaren er ikke åpen, noen puter er skitne, dårlig dusj. Dette var under forventet for vår del. Vi fikk ikke svømme før frokost, da bassenget åpnet 10. Restaurant og bar var svært bra, selv om også her servicen virket litt «ny» - svært god mat og hyggelig.

Beautiful spa hotel set in immaculate grounds. Team were friendly and accommodating. Very good restaurant and bar. The only negative was about the non spa pool which was not officially opened and in full service.

Cute boutique hotel in a sleepy little town. Perfect to get away. Had a very nice stay and the thermal spa is amazing and so was their regular spa. But I’m a very picky and bougie person so: The food could’ve been better and it’s not as lux as you’d think for $800 a night. Overall though, amazing stay and the staff was very friendly !

Adorable place to visit
I loved the location. The hotel is on a beautiful gated property. The main building is adorable. The spa entrance room is very elegant. The cave is beautiful. The pool complex os fantastic. The only thing I noticed was some massage therapy rooms very dated and looking not well taken care of. At my room they didn’t have the proper flip flops as they promised on the check in so we have to wear our owns, which were not really appropriate to walk inside the grotto. People very gentle at the font desk but rude at the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was fabulous. Gorgeous room and bathroom plus we had a lovely terrace. The outdoor pool had comfy sunbeds with cushions. Pool bar and restaurant was good as was the hotel restaurant. The thermal spa was excellent and the massages we had were very professional. We loved this hotel.

Bellissimo soggiorno in questo hotel ristrutturato di recente e che, in virtù della ristrutturazione, e’ passato da 4 a 5 stelle. Personale cordiale, servizi ottimi, trattamenti nella spa più che soddisfacenti! L’unico neo è non aver potuto usufruire della grotta naturale causa Covid.

Beautiful place , very clean I Recomened to get bigger Rome if you are from North American and you are not used to European standard .. Breakfast amazing , they really follow the covid 19 protocol ... they server you buffet breakfast themselves ... great selection , great quality Pool and thermal pool ... amazing It’s perfect place to relax and enjoy food and thermal spa

Heerlijk verblijf in Toscane
Geweldig mooie faciliteiten op een rustige locatie. Kamers zijn recentelijk en zeer smaakvol gerenoveerd. Alle comfort is aanwezig, service zeer goed en vriendelijk personeel. Spa-faciliteiten zijn heerlijk, hoewel sommige dingen nog gesloten waren ivm covid. Prima ontbijt.

Peccato che il fatto che la spa e la grotta non fossero accessibili non sia stato pubblicizzato in modo sufficientemente chiaro. Tutto il resto é stato impeccabile e di ottima qualità.

Hotel datato e servizi non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle.Una grande vasca termale che assomiglia più ad una piscina comunale che ad una spa.Unica nota positiva la grotta a cui si accede pagando ulteriori 40 euro a persona.Se state cercando una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del confort cambiate destinazione!Sconsigliato.

Gentilissimo Francesco, intanto la ringraziamo per avere dedicato del tempo per condividere con i viaggiatori le sue impressioni su Grotta Giusti, il nostro Hotel è stato ristrutturato nelle sue 64 camere, ristorante ed aree comuni, ci dispiace che la nostra piscina le abbia dato questa brutta impressione anche perché la piscina è una vasca di 750 mq, una tra le più grandi d’Italia, alimentata con acqua termale bicarbonato-solfato-calcico-magnesiaca alla temperatura costante di 34° C. All'interno dello specchio d'acqua vi sono 40 differenti postazioni di idromassaggio, attivi per 10 minuti, al termine dei quali osservano 5 minuti di pausa per lasciare agli altri ospiti la possibilità di fruirne, la Grotta Termale(50% di sconto ospiti Hotel), da poco proclamata per il terzo anno consecutivo "World's best thermal Grotto", è una meraviglia che la natura ci ha donato: si estende per circa 200 metri di lunghezza, su un dislivello di 14, ed è divisa naturalmente in tre zone climatiche differenti (Paradiso, Purgatorio ed Inferno) nelle quali la temperatura varia dolcemente dai 26° C ai 34° C. Le sue particolari concrezioni, così come il naturale microclima interno ne fanno il nostro fiore all'occhiello. E' riconosciuta sia per l'effetto rilassante che come vero e proprio trattamento termale terapeutico, con effetti benefici tangibili per patologie artroreumatiche, respiratorie e dermatologiche. Siamo spiacenti che non abbiamo rispettato le sue aspettative, come sempre, ci impegneremo giornalmente con lo staff a migliorare il nostro servizio, facendo ritrovare ai nostri ospiti il relax ricercato e necessario.
