i stay there several times a month with my business
and always book ahead of time on expedia. today upon arrival was told they were booked up but i could get a single room instead of a room with 2 double beds for an 11 dollar upcharge. i asked why they would not honor the price i already booked and paid for and was told they couldn’t do that. they lost a customer that has been using them for years. they told me they did not care.
