Inside, the home is full of charm and comfort. The cosy living room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, is made for winter evenings in, curl up on the sofa with a blanket, a good book, or a hot chocolate while the fire crackles. There`s also a sunroom filled with natural light, offering a peaceful space to relax with a book, do some journaling, or just enjoy the view across the trees and fields.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals, while the spacious dining areas, both indoors and out, provide the perfect setting for long, leisurely dinners or catch-ups over coffee.
When you’re ready to explore, the surrounding area offers plenty to do. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the charming town of Monmouth, with its independent shops, historic streets, and cosy cafés. If you`re in the mood for dining out, Rustica in Monmouth serves up delicious, authentic Italian food, and The Whitebrook, a Michelin-starred restaurant tucked away in the Wye Valley, offers a more refined countryside dining experience.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
