The large Master bedroom enjoys beautiful water views, flat screen TV bath en suite and includes a Queen bed and adjacent twin daybed. Master has sliding doors leading to the porch where the rope-suspended porch swing bed can tempt you into a little snooze lakeside. The second waterside room also enjoys gorgeous views and has a Queen bed with private access to the patio. The third room has a Queen bed and bunked twins for mom, dad, and the kids. Inside, you will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, which includes all the cookware needed for a family meal together. The living room features a big-screen TV mounted over the stone gas fireplace, foosball, and a comfy sofa for movie night. We provide all of the comforts and amenities to make you feel right at home. Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
