"Nice hotel and great staff. I only stayed 1 night. Dinner was fantastic and there is a nice bar on premises."

"Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when we had a later arrval than anticipated! Would definitely stay there again!"

"My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer. The only thing missing? A bit more counter space. "The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!"

"We had a perfect stay, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast boxes for us to take in the morning because we had to leave earlier than breakfast was going to be served. Great service and clean, big room!"

"Amazing hotel! The staff is so great and helpful. The hotel is so cute and cozy. Everything you need is at the hotel, you really only need to leave for tours. It’s in a very local area (which I love). Highly recommend "

"Our stay was amazing. Lucie and staff made sure we were well looked after each night we stayed between our Safari and trek. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfortable. Food and service was amazing. The location is a little remote, but this is the appeal, quiet and the surroundings are perfect to sit back and relax. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms. The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "We paid approx. $115 for 1 night which was way too much for this place. The staff is really nice but the room was not. Room smelt moldy and the carpet was really dirty.. A small dark room. Furthermore the location is in the middle of nowhere. Very bumpy road to get there. We had to push the car at one point. A landrover would do the job though.. Comparing with other great hotels we stayed at this was by far the worst (we also stayed at Z Hotel in Nungwi, Coffee House in Stone Town and...

"Everything was just perfect"

"We had expected more. When we arrived and wanted to go to sleep the first night, we discovered that the bedsheets were not only dirty, but filthy and had to be changed. Everywhere you looked there were small things, e.g. the tablecloths in the restaurant had stains on them, and when the pizza I ordered had hair in it the waiter just raised his shoulders. We went out to explore the town, and when we came back the door to our room was wide open and no one around (I assume it didnt close properly when the room was cleaned). Luckily we were on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so nothing was missing. It also took 30 minutes in the reception and 6 different wifi codes to get the wifi working. If I am to find a positive thing then the laundry service worked and was on time and the aircondition works. "

"Hotellet svinger sig op til 3 stjerner fordi der var mange søde mennesker blandt personalet, men også en del ikke særlig servicemindede. Største problemer med hotellet er at det ligger i centrum og trafikken er forfærdelig lige meget hvor du skal hen, og så er det også midt i et natklub kvarter. De spiller sindssygt højt udendørs musik, nogen gange helt til kl 4 - 5 om morgenen. "
