The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the Bodden. Wi-Fi, a TV, radio, and CD player provide entertainment; a washing machine is available for shared use. A garden, lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and a barbecue area round out the amenities. The sandy beach and the sea are about 200 meters away; shopping and restaurants are approximately 250 meters away. Private parking is available. This non-smoking apartment welcomes children; a maximum of one pet is allowed.
