"The property was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax. Lake was nice but it was a little chilly over the weekend. The hosts left some muffins, cookies, fruit and some beverages which was we though was a nice touch."

"Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. "Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable!"

Attentive property owners checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, which was kind and made us feel at home. "The house is beautiful. It's centrally located to downtown Keene with ample off-street parking. Everything inside is labeled so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. We were a group of 9 including adults, kids, and a baby and we were very comfortable. We only stayed one night (in town for a wedding). I can see the scheduling getting complicated for showers and such with a large group and one bathroom, but we didn't have any problems."

"We came to the Newbury area this past weekend for an early Christmas celebration with relatives who moved there recently and downsized so have no room for guests. I was lucky enough to find this home on Vrbo, only 15 minutes away. We arrived on Friday in wind and snow gusts and temps below 10 degrees. The second we were inside we were "at home." "The home is beautiful and well though out to create an an amazing experience for your getaway. The home is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The home is close to the clubhouse that has an indoor and outdoor pool. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Our family had one of the most fun weekends we had in such a long time we booked again before we left! We loved it and highly recommend booking."
