Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed, internet access, fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi included and bed linen provided. The residence's swimming pool is open year-round.

The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment.
