You are welcomed to check-in & check-out any day of the week so that you avoid the usual Saturday traffic jams in France (and/or enjoy better airfares). Although we are pretty flexible, we simply ask that you check-in before 8pm.


Imagine yourself on a balcony, on the beautiful Cote d’Azur, in an elegant apartment building facing the Mediterranean Sea. Awake to the gentle lapping of the waves on the immaculate beach. Take your croissant and café on our west balcony facing a delightful garden. Drink your evening cognac on our south balcony directly facing the turquoise sea.

Laurie’s Dream Apartment is a haven in a little corner of paradise. Beside the sea, it is conveniently located minutes from the charming pedestrian street, the famous fresh fruit and vegetable market of Menton, various shops, and notable restaurants, all walking distance. At Laurie’s Dream, you do not need a car, but if you so choose, there is city parking available, on metered streets and in garages.

This charming turn-of-the-century building, the 1900s, has a pleasant garden available for you to sit in and cool off in the shade of banana and palm trees. It also has an adorable and functional birdcage ascenseur (elevator).

We are very pleased to announce that our remodeling is finished. Our new separate bedroom, with a new double bed and large closet, overlooks the garden with its beautiful trees, plants and flowers, including the elegant and colorful Bird of Paradise. You also wake up to a glorious view of the sea.

One of our two balconies is located off of this bedroom, and is a perfect spot for your morning coffee or even lunch, not to mention evening drinks while enjoying the sunset.

Our new modern kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, should you decide to cook and not take advantage of all the wonderful restaurants in Menton. Please be informed that there is no dishwasher.

The very modern bathroom is well equipped as well, as you can see from the photos (shower towels provided all year long; Beach towels provided during the Season).

The large salon has French doors facing the sea, offering a gentle breeze.

Our second balcony is located off of the salon, for you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets overlooking the sea and views of Cap Martin to the west and Italy to the east.

We are also very pleased to mention our new air conditioning unit to help you stay cool after hot summer days at the beach.

The apartment has wi-fi for those who need to stay in touch.

Bien sûr, Menton itself offers train and bus service to all the charming villages in the area. Perched villages include Roquebrune Village, St. Agnes and Gorbio. If you are museum aficionados, you can visit museums dedicated to Jean Cocteau in Menton, as well as others in Nice and other towns dedicated to Matisse, Picasso, and Renoir, and all of the changing exhibits in Monaco, which is also a quick train ride away.

And don’t forget to look east. Our Italian neighbors offer a wide range of charming towns to see, including Ventimiglia for its Friday market, San Remo, Genova, and Cinque Terre, all close by.

Or just stay and love the view.

Menton is famous for its micro-climate of 320 sunny days a year. So come love it like we do.

Laurie’s Dream is the perfect place to spend quality time with family or friends. This wonderful apartment will ensure that everyone will be comfortable following their dream, whether it is resting, reading, sunbathing, cooking, eating, or drinking.

In order to help our guests to travel light, we provide beach towels (during the Summer season) , shower towels, bed linens and kitchen towels. The linen professional care has a cost of €130 which are payable cash on arrival (2026 fares).

Should you travel with a baby or a toddler, please ask for our optional baby cot & our stroller. We are proud to announce families with young children that were were awarded the selective award 'Famille Plus'' from Menton City Council.
