"A lovely homely property in a quiet location. Very clean and exceeded our expectations. Tastefully modernised with very comfy beds and great bathrooms. Loved the fire! "Great location in town with full kitchen, plenty of heating and comfy beds. We reallly enjoyed our time here."

"6 adults for a family get together. Spacious and very clean. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large family. Two outdoor entertaining areas, one with bar and dartboard. We could not have asked for a better home and location. Friendly goat and sheep. A great home and location for a family holiday to enjoy the wineries and restaurants."

"All aspects of house were easy to use; excellent house facilities; lovely part of town close to urban interests. Plastic plants could do with a dust & wash, especially the large one in living area.Have already referred a matter of ants in the kitchen to house manager. "

"Lots of space in this home. Not far to walk into town. Great puzzle table, if we had been able to stay longer we would have completed the puzzle in the games cupboard. Thanks for our stay."

"Very conveniently located comfortable home. Walking distance to restaurants in Orange. Very clean and cosy. Heating was effective and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 4 couples especially in the kitchen/dining and lounge common areas."

"House was as advertised. Only issue was finding on arrival a blocked toilet that was close to overflowing. After much searching, I found the number of the office to call and they were able to organize a plumber who came within 60 minutes and fixed the problem. It would be good if the property had an emergency number located in the property rather than needing to search for a number to call. Yes, I did also use the Vrbo messaging system but in situations like this, you really want to speak to...
