"I stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel very convenient in the heart of Carlisle. The room was huge and had a full size refridgerator, a microwawe and a coffee machine. There was a separate sitting group in the room and the bathroom was spacious too. All clean - quiet at night.
American breakfast is not my favorite in general, but I suppose it was pretty good compared to similar hotels. Anyone could find something to eat and drink and the quality of food was good.

Breakfast was your typical continental style foods (eggs, waffles, potatoes, sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juices, etc). Parking was a bit tight as the lot isnt too big. We were coming in late - after 8 p.m. - and I had to call ahead of time to get my room number and access to the key. The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. We found our way there on one of Pennsylvania's many winding little roads (that led right into Carlisle, about 10 minutes away). There were lovely snacks in the room that were devoured...

"2 day stay with 2 rooms.
Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar.
But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms.
Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though.
Also water dispenser and ice machine did not work at the 2 floors we were at, also not at the gym.
