- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be joined together
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be joined together

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A 10x5 m swimming pool, private, unheated (can be heated on request for an extra charge) and secured by an electric shutter. Deckchairs are available all around. Open from May to August. On request outside this period.

The house is ideally located on the Moliets-et-Maa golf course, just a 3-minute walk from the country club, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
