"Great hotel the staff was amazing. The front desk girl was very kind and when I got to our room, the remote did not work. I called downstairs and a manager came up and gave me a new remote and showed me how to work it, which was very helpful . The room was a good size for a total of six of us to stay. However, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash as the bottles were empty and when we asked for a refills they only gave us bars of soap. Everything else was great if need be, we will stay...

"The lodge was opened to the public in 2022. Prior to that, it was used exclusively for UCLA alumni. It the past few months, guests now have access to the private trails that run alongside the Arrowhead Lake. In addition, the North Shore Tavern next to main lodge is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner."

"This was the most beautiful setting, and the host thought of everything I didn’t need to bring most of what I packed. Thank you."

"Great time!!"

"It was very nice comfortable and clean, staff was nice, kitchen in room, but no free breakfast."

"So affordable! Soon to be celebrating a brand new PAVED road with new gas water and electric lines. Comfortable mattress. FLUFFY pillows. Wonderful cool sleep... I had to get my pajamas on. COFFEE... if only we had a dairy nearby. Sure be wonderful to include breakfast?? snack ...like the bag of grapefruits I brought all the way from the San Fernando Valley Thanks for the hospitality..... OPEN your driveway ,,, put some planks on the curb .... plant some trees ...NICE black out...

"Dårlig morgenmad. Der var beskidt på værelset. Der var gammel mad efterladt under sengen. Der var pletter på sengen. Der var skidt I alle hjørner af badeværelset. Der var noget fedtet på låsen på badeværelset, og når man tørrede med papir, kom der noget af, der lignede afføring. Aircondition larmede så meget, at det lød som en motorvej og vi havde svært ved at falde i søvn. "
