The fantastic Villa del Poggio represents an example of how to combine a stay in a context that perfectly marries nature and the pleasure of living in comfort in an elegant but also relaxing environment.

Very bright, the structure is harmoniously distributed over two floors where on the ground floor there is the whole living area with kitchen, large dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with adjacent laundry.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area with another living room and 4 bedrooms, 3 of which doubles (one with private bathroom), and one with two single beds. Additional service bathroom with shower.

From the first floor there is direct access via the veranda to the pool area and the garden.

For groups of more than 8 guests at an additional cost, the annex will be opened consisting of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Season 2025: Only the annexe for up to 4 persons will be available for our guests. There are two bedrooms a living room/kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine in the bathroom. The owner lives in the main house and is always available for every need and request. The beautiful and well-kept garden and the swimming pool are at the guests' disposal. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes away by car.
