The interior of the villa includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.

On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners during low and middle season (and is kept vacant in high season).

The villa is provided with all comforts and amenities such as: wi-fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sonos system, ice maker and coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Villa Bel Prato is the ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays, and a perfect starting point for exploring the charming south-eastern Sicily: from the lovely beaches and fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, or the archaeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d'Ispica and the Vendicari nature reserve.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival on Saturday from 27 July to 23 August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms midweek (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
City tax not included: according to the local law.

Additional notes:
During low and middle season, the first floor of the villa is occupied by the owners. The swimming pool and wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower) are for the exclusive use of guests.
To use the sauna and turkish bath it is necessary to inform the keyholder on the spot 2 hours in advance.
