"Charming place. Loved the treats the owner left for us."

"Larissa was such a communicative host. We were able to ask any questions and get an answer easily. The property was delightful. Easy to get to all the little sites and shops. We would definitely stay in the Goldfinch property again soon."

"This house is close to the beach. It’s well stocked for cooking. Market is right around the corner, if you need something. I like the fact that their furniture is leather, their living room has a nice set up, we ended up watching a movie most nights before bedtime. Cozy house, would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, comfortable rental. The location is ideal and peaceful."

"We were extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, we found the hot tub in an unsanitary condition — visibly dirty and unmaintained. We were so repulsed that we chose to leave immediately rather than stay.Beyond that, the listing doesn’t disclose that the property sits right next to pickleball courts, which brought a steady stream of noise — not what we expected for a relaxing getaway. On top of that, the home’s HVAC system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, adding to...

"It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. I noticed 2 twin rollaways in a closet but no sofa bed in the living room. There is futon in the game room which would make an iffy bed (and not sure where the bedding would have been). The games in the game room were great! We were there for the 4th of July and were able to...

"I couldn’t imagine coming to a more beautiful and perfect house in Seabrook for our family gathering of nine! Everything was meticulous, extremely clean, modern, current with lots of extras, like nice cookware, high-quality towels, and bedding, etc.! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub talking and had several meals on their beautiful deck that had a gorgeous peekaboo view of the water. I can’t wait to return to the gorgeous home hopefully next summer with my family! Thank you slow Coast for...

"The property is beautiful with a convenient location adjacent to the state park, walkable to the beach. There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. It is now over a week after check out and the amount still has not been returned. I had never had a property with this policy and so I was a little taken aback. It was a great stay and my...

"Fantastic stay! They were very welcoming, communicated frequently with us through the app, and the home matched everything described and as pictured! I loved the fenced in front and back yards for our dog. Also, the hot tub was great as it was clean and perfectly to temp! Their kitchen had just about everything you could need and made making dinner a breeze"

"Good relaxing place"

"This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything far surpassed our expectations and just a short drive to Seabrook. "

"Loved the fenced in lot fir the dog. Owner was amazing. Felt like close family. Very comfortable beds. No amenity forgotten."
