"HI, Even though this place is right on the highway, it is quiet. The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Th kitchenette with microwave and fridge along with the coffee maker made it even more comfortable. The friendly staff at the front desk are ready to help. Wi-fi was good. No elevators but going down the small set of stairs was not an issue for me. Access to the beach is easily accessible and has stairs....going down is easy...coming back could be a bit of work...

"Such a cute little home! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The walk to the beach is so short and safe; was able to lug beach chairs and drinks with no issues. Had the best time watching the sunset! Highly recommend."

"Beautiful, clean and updated unit nestled in a perfect beach location with ocean sweeping views. We enjoyed our weekend of razor clam digging. The property features a clam station where we were able to clean our clams and then enjoy the backyard and fire pit. We will be coming back again soon!"

"Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it."

"A cute little cottage we used to explore the town of Seabrook. 5 minute walk to town. Right next-door to the horse stables and the tennis and Pickleball courts. Quiet little neighborhood. Very clean, well stocked, adorable. Rode the bikes…the hot tub was spotless….beds were comfy. The only tiny little thing I would recommend would be some kind of grippy on the bottom of the very spacious shower. It gets a little slick when the shampoo hits.
