Meget støj fra motorvej og tog
Generelt et dejligt sted. Vi boede dog ikke i selve bygningen men på den anden side af gaden. Værelser var stort og bekvemt. Madressen trængte til en udskiftning. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt som forventet. Der var meget støj fra motorvejen og toget. Beliggenheden i forhold til Downtown var god.

En fantastisk overnatning på dette skønne B & B. Bør opleves. Smukke værelser, dejlig seng og sengetøj. Badekar med spa. Morgenmad spises ved fælles bord - sammen med de andre gæster. Hvid dug på bordet. Rigtigt porcelæn-sølvbestik. "Chef" tager imod bestilling af morgenmad og serverer den - frisklavet !!! Man konverserer ved bordet med de andre gæster - ingen sidder med mobilen. Så ærgerligt at vi kun havde en overnatning. Meget smukt, hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt B & B. Egner sig nu ikke til børn.

Arrived late. Was told there would be a note with explanation of how to get into room, with main entrance key and map. There was no map. Main entrance key did not open main entrance door. We called after hours phone and left message. No one ever called us back. EVER. A random lady staying there helped us find the property ACROSS the street that was also part of the hotel, which is where our room was. The whole ordeal took about 45 mins to find our room. Again, no one from the hotel ever returned our call. But the room was nice

We love this place. This is our second time at the hotel. The room is immaculate. So clean!!! The restaurant is top notch. Dinner and breakfast the next day were both delicious. Coming back in August on our way to the beach for my birthday.

Needed a two bedroom property so chose this location. Found it quite interesting located in homes by an old fort. Living area sparsely furnished if four people were there. Would have been nice with more kitchen items (bowls, spoons, etc.)

My stay was amazing…. Stayed in a king suite, the room was awesome, very clean, plenty of seating, comfortable bed and a very clean and nice bathroom. Parking was right in front of the room of course it was that busy during the week. Good restaurant with bar seconds from your stay there. Party lighting across the streets. Very safe and management went out of their way to help with anything I needed. New Orleans style Bourban st within walking distance (8-10) minutes with food and drinks Would definitely recommend.

This is a classic example of misleading information and images on a hotel website posting. We were attracted to the charming pictures of a period era hotel. The architecture was charming and the room appointments and furnishings were equally charming in their day. However, our room was well past its day as a quality place to stay. Contrary to the listing, it did not have an ensuite bathroom. We crossed an open hall to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (a challenge for an older couple. Acoustical privacy was none existent. We could clearly hear phone conversations in the room above us and conversations in the hallway outside our room would make a stay in a cheap roadside motel seem envious.

very unique and lovely property. there is a management run bistro across the street with great food, great atmosphere, great people. Rooms was quaint and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a nice little area. The inn was wonderful! We were going on a cruise. The location was so convenient to the port and the option to have free parking at the inn was great! Definitely plan to come back.

Wonderful!! One of the most unique places we’ve stayed. Beautiful historic “village” of restored early 1800’s home make up the accommodations. Our room in the inn was fabulous and charming, with a very clean and comfortable jetted tub. Unexpectedly upscale toiletries, including bath salts, were a pleasant surprise. Staff was attentive as well. Delicious hot breakfast was included. Everything was perfect!

Hidden gem in downtown Mobile
This charming inn provides a cozy space in a historic neighborhood reminiscent of the French Quarter in New Orleans. They provided two glasses of wine at the Parisian-influenced bistro restaurant on-site, as well as a discount on brunch. We strolled through the grounds, admiring the architecture and enjoying the patio atmosphere while awaiting our restaurant reservations, where I enjoyed the preferred cocktail of Ernest Hemingway, Death In The Afternoon (which I accidentally ordered by the name of Death by Hemingway.) The most charming part? Gas lamps and real keys! This is a hidden gem in Mobile near a handful of museums and quaint Dauphin street fun. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! The bedrooms are located in a variety of different homes, repurposed for hospitality now, and include multi-level quarters. The Monroe House had an in-house elevator. The crown molding and baseboards, along with the spacious quarters, gave it almost a regal feel. The comfortable king bed and memory foam pillows enhanced the evening beyond expectations. I hope you are as pleasantly surprised by this affordable treat as we were.

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel in an historic building. Friendly and useful check-in staff. Excellent location, close to downtown without being in downtown. Walking distance to major Mobile sights. Excellent cooked-to-order breakfast at associated nearby property. Basic breakfast was free, or $5 discount off cooked-to-order breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fort Conde Inn. It was located in a quaint area. We felt like we had stepped back in time. Very nice place.

Great property within a few minutes walk of downtown for plenty of dining options and and Dauphin Street. Staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful if need be. Room are terrific - clean, comfortable, etc. We loved our stay.

Love the old world elegance of the wood and fireplace. Convient to downtown Mobile and the civic center. There is a beaitiful bistro with bar on property also.

We Love love this property. Easy to get to. Felt safe. Beautiful! We only seen the front staff she was wonderful. Going on a cruise so this makes it a perfect place to stay. For $5 a person a golf cart picked us up from the hotel and took us .25 of a mile to the cruise terminal. Get to leave our car parked here for free. Well worth it! Can walk to terminal if you want.

This bed and breakfast was so cute. I loved the character of the rooms, versus the starkness of a standard hotel room. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the downtown area.

Check in is at £3.00 pm and not before. Even though my wife wanted to get ready for a very important and emotional family meeting added to the fact she had tripped on the path and cut her knee we could not get into the room before 3,00pm. When in the room it was stunning but I do wish they had cleaned all the grubby finger marks of the doors, I cleaned them with soap and water and they came off easily

Charming room
The bed is very creaky it is the headboard but every time you move the noise is very annoying also the air conditioner is right over the bed so the pillows were damp but otherwise the room is beautiful old fashioned very nice indeed
