Modern Tiny House on a Secluded Private Ranch for an Amazing Escape in Nature with Incredible Views in Moab, Utah

Nestled at the base of Redrock cliffs on a remote private ranch in Moab, is our Cozy Cabin Tiny Home. Our modern cabin has an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, comfortable bed and a work space. Hot showers are available in our bathhouse just feet from your unit. Outside you'll find a sitting area, fire pit and countless stars. Designed to be the perfect modern and rustic retreat for rest, inspiration, discovery and adventure. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.



We are a rustic and secluded ranch in the heart of Moab's canyon country. We are completely off-grid, but offer all the needed comforts: Solar Power, WiFi, Hot Showers, clean and comfortable units, with the most spectacular views sure to make your stay with us a highlight of the trip.



Located 35 minutes from Moab, the drive to our site is spectacular and rated as one of the most scenic roads in the country.



You will receive detailed directions to our location 2 days before your arrival. NOTE: the last 2 miles of our road can be ROUGH depending on the season and weather. So please be aware. Many 2WD sedans arrive at our site but we do recommend higher clearance vehicles or 4WD in bad weather.



Our ranch water is filtered and tested, but due to the age of the water system we do not recommend drinking directly from the tap. We provide some bottled water for drinking needs.



Please plan ahead to bring needed food or supplies with you for the evening and morning. Our amazing location is not as convenient for a quick trip to the store or restaurant.



We continue to revitalize this amazing location and are excited to share it with our friends visiting Moab. As we continue to make improvements to this rustic venue, we hope you will forgive a few rough spots. We have turned up the resolution of the night sky so that the stars can add to your experience.



Our unique private ranch offers Glamping Tents, Cave studios, Tiny Homes and Primitive Campsites.



Self Check-in- You will receive your unit number the morning of check-in. You will find your unit unlocked to welcome and find the keys inside. Once you arrive feel free to head to your unit and get unloaded.



Vehicles:

• there is 1 parking space provided directly in front of your unit.

• Any other must park behind the rock wall in the parking area.

• We cannot accommodate large trailers.

• Arrangements can be made for a single-axle trailer with prior notification to your host.



Feel free to explore the property with its endless hikes amongst the stunning red rock formations and enjoy the panoramic views of the Colorado River. With a sharp eye, you can spot arches and other curious formations!



Wild Animals:

We are often visited by deer, rabbits, and the elusive Desert Bighorn Sheep along with many others.



Sunset and Sunrise are a special time on the ranch when the red rock glows and the light dances on the cliffs. It is our favorite part of being so secluded in nature.



WARNING: There is a dirt runway that is actively used for small aircraft. Guests must follow the posted signs to stay out of this area.



We give our guests space and independence. We do have host staff on site to help if needed. You may see them around, feel free to ask them anything.

• If you plan on bringing a pet, please make sure to add them to your reservation.

• We require that all pets remain on leash while on the property.

• Please be sure to not leave your pets unattended in your unit or your vehicle.



While we love to host well-mannered pets we want to ensure the continual presence of our incredibly sensitive wildlife for future guests. Loud or ill-mannered pets can scare off the wildlife for months to come so we kindly ask you leave your rambunctious furry friends home with a sitter. We appreciate your consideration and judgment in this case.
