Equinox, tranquillity at its finest at this beautiful country abode. This is a private, spacious home where you can truly enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands. Make yourself at home in the spacious living areas, a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or take in the views in the sprawling outdoor areas. Located in Mittagong, a short drive from Bowral, this home lets you enjoy your privacy whilst still being close to shops, eateries and attractions.

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Nestled in the heart of New South Wales' Southern Highlands, Mittagong is a charming and historic town renowned for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Known as the "Gateway to the Highlands," this area offers a stunning landscape of rolling hills, vineyards, and vibrant gardens. Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring Lake Alexandra and Nattai Gorge, which are perfect for scenic walks, picnics, and adventures in nature.

The town’s center is filled with boutique shops, cozy cafes, and artisan stores offering local produce, antiques, and handcrafted items. The region is celebrated for its wineries, inviting you to enjoy tastings and tours at nearby vineyards. With easy access to the cultural and culinary delights of Bowral, Mittagong provides a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, capturing the very best of the Southern Highlands.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

House appears to be very newly renovated… it’s beautifully done. It is dog friendly … and it is warm and very clean.Backyard… needed a little more work, but being so wet of late hard to keep up with it. Thank you so very much.
