"This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests.
The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch...

"We were a group of 17 seniors who booked out the whole motel. As it's an older building there was plenty of space for sharing and lovely lawns. We were back off the busy main road so we're not disturbed by traffic noise. We could walk to the Skyline gondola and were right next door to the rabbit mini golf. We played at night. So beautiful with the real rabbits and all the lights.
The owners were very helpful and quick to fix any issues we had."

"Great stay, would book again. Communication with the Motel, prior to stay, was excellent I enquired about a very late check-in, manager gave me a number to ring when we got there. Turned out didn't need to, but really appreciated the manager being so great - no issue to check in late, took heaps of stress off. When we got there manager took me to room and gave me a run down on everything, including how to work the tv. Can't remember the last time that happened - again really appreciated...

"Absolutely gorgeous location right on the lake. Loved the hot tub and stepping out directly to the lake. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the coffee each morning. Highly recommend!"

"We spent a night here and were uplifted by the staff's warm hospitality and helpful nature. Our room was truly a haven - immaculately clean and spacious. We felt invigorated swimming in the heated pool and the mineral pool. We certainly look forward to staying here again."

"This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"The place was much older than the photos made it look. Yes it was a design house at some time in the past, but now it looks old and shows its age. The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road.
