"Fint værelse. Lidt uden for centrum. Hjælpsom personale"

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you"

"Dejligt hotel. Fin betjening. Rent og rummeligt værelse."

"The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. Freezing was a more comfortable option. The breakfast, was...

"Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room."

"Personalet i receptionen var ikke imødekomme, sad og kiggede på sin pc skærm hele tiden. Da vi ankom var værelset 16 grader, vi kunne ikke selv ændre temperaturen, det skulle foregå med hjælp fra receptionen. Værelserne er meget lydte, både oppefra, til siderne og overfor. Der er IKKE noget vaskeri på hotellet som der står. "

"It’s a new and modern facility but it’s not the best place to stay if you don’t come by car since it’s an hour walk to the city centre where you’ll find restaurants and shops. The thermal spa is a treat, though, and facilities are new and well kept although we often missed soap and toilet paper in the shared facilities. "

"good location for my team"

"The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!! Disappointed that you could not do anything to help us and we were forced to stay there for one...

"The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

"I did not like there was no actual kitchen or dining space. Did not stay for the full length paid for id like some sort of reimbursement. This wasa"

"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Feel I...
