The apartment, renovated in 2015 and situated on the first floor of L’Enclos, is bright and spacious. It features an entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining area includes a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV with DVD player.



There are three bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a large 180 cm bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower, and the toilet is separate.



The property is set in a characterful building surrounded by a 1,200 m² park, right in the center of a pleasant and peaceful Languedoc village with shops and amenities nearby. The village is well served by public transport.
