This beautiful 2 bedroom/3 bath with an additional room with bunk beds (twin over a full mattress) home in the heart of Sandestin Resort with BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF THE BAY!. It's recently updated with all new FURNITURE
The kitchen features new cabinets, new granite countertops, backsplash & new stainless steel appliances. Featuring an abundance of natural lighting and tile flooring throughout.
The Cottage has an open-concept living and dining room. New tile walk-in shower in master bedroom suite, all new bathroom fixtures, fresh paint, updated kitchen with tiled backsplash, new stove, fridge, lighting and glass in some windows/slider.
Master bedroom has a private balcony with a Choctawatchee Bay view, as well as a view of the lake. There is a large patio on the main level with a fire pit & gas grill for your enjoyment an even comes with Complimentary corn hole, plenty of room to entertain and show off those water views. AMAZING!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 6). The home was very clean ( which is major for me)—was actually one of the cleanest properties that I have ever rented. The home is very well stocked with items that you may need for cooking, beach day, fishing, etc. The home is in a great location and getting to the pool, beach, Baytowne Wharf, etc was very easy and only took a few minutes. The golf cart was a great addition. We did not have to drive our car much because we could do so much with the golf cart. Communication with host was excellent from initial inquiry through check out. We would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful stay!

This property was very clean and well maintained! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The fishing in the lake behind the house was not great but it was very windy during our stay in October so that could be part of the reason. We loved being able to use the golf cart to drive to the beach and Baytowne wharf! This was our second stay in the sandestin resort and we are very pleased with the location.

Absolutely lovely

The place was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, beautifully and simply decorated, and amazing and calm view. There was an air fryer, crockpot, ice machine for use in the kitchen along with the grill outside. We loved the golf cart

Beautiful & Peaceful!

Beautiful home located on the peaceful bayside of Sandestin. The house was well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation at the beach. The bayside neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for our family with two small children. The golf cart makes getting around the resort a breeze! The owner was prompt in answering questions prior to booking and after. They were also very gracious when we discovered we had accidentally ended up with one of their bath towels mixed in with our kids dirty clothes! (Our fault for not checking!). We will definitely be staying here again and look forward to our next trip!

Wonderful vacation home

My family stayed here for 10 days. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. We had everything we could possibly need. The pond in the back yard was a bonus. The golf cart was so fun to have access to and made a huge difference for us. The beach is a little ways away, but only 10 minutes or so on the golf cart. The pool that was close to the house was closed for remodeling, but there was another pool a little farther away that was open. The outside storage closet had everything you could possibly need for the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The home is located close to everything. We had a wonderful time. The only negative thing was the bugs that would come flooding in anytime you opened the door at night, but the home owner has no control over that. We found leaving the outside lights off at night helped. The owner was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would highly recomment this place to anyone.

Enjoyed the stay

My wife and I got a great deal on this listing, and decided to book before someone else did. We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation in Destin Florida! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

Perfect Sandestin Property

We absolutely loved our stay on Sandpiper! The place was immaculate, updated, and well stocked. The golf cart is beautiful, we wished we could have taken advantage more, the weather was very chilly! You will not be disappointed!

Stay on the Bay

Great place to stay, exceptionally clean, extra comfortable beds, lots of beach accessories provided, and lots of room to have fun together. We loved being on the bay and fishing from our back porch...we actually caught some fish and even accidentally hooked a good-sized turtle. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils but no condiments or spices were left behind for use. The golf cart is huge (seats six) and has extra storage...we loved driving it to the beach and around the resort. All communications were quick and pleasant...thanks, Silvano!

Weekend Trip

We chose to stay due to the location and complimentary golf cart. The home itself was great due to it being newly remodeled. It felt very clean. The furniture was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The driveway, although shared, was spacious. The backyard was ready for entertaining with a grill and a fire pit. However, on our first initial walk through, there was a dirty (I assume leftover from the cleaning crew) washcloth in the master bathroom. We were excited to use the golf cart. We ensured it was on 100% when we left to drive the cart to the beach (across the street). Unfortunately, once the battery hit 65%, it kept getting slower and slower. It eventually died, even with charge left, on our way home and we had to push it back. It may need maintenance. Overall, this was a good stay, I wish we could have used the golf cart more, as it was a great selling point but didn’t live up to its full potential.

Wonderful, would stay again!

Property was clean, exactly as described. Our family of 6 adults stayed here comfortably. Small room with bunk beds is small but we had 2 adult kids stay there and it was fine. Golf cart is wonderful to use and so easy to get to and from beach. There is also access to floats, chairs and beach umbrellas which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

This one I'd tough to beat

The property was just as described and looked even better in person. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room to be comfortable, cook meals, etc. For our week-long stay. The resort was very nice and the locals were friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

Fabulous vacation home

This was the perfect space for our family of four adults and two children. It was very clean and peaceful, in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived late at night, but check-in was easy as was our check-out six days later. Silvano is a very accommodating host, getting back with us immediately each time I contacted him. We were concerned that Hurricane Ida was going to interfere with our vacation plans, but Silvano worked with us to make everything turn out extremely well. The location is great as well as all the amenities. The golf cart was definitely a plus. We enjoyed the easy access to Baytown Wharf, the pools, and the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys at our disposal. We cooked several meals while there, and the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed. We definitely plan to return and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

Excellent Property!!!

Very nice house with plenty room with everything we needed. The family and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. We explored the resort on the golf cart provided and to our surprise we found all sorts of hidden treasures like pools, a spa, golf course, a basketball court and our favorite Baytowne Wharf (multiple food and entertainment for the whole family) and also rode the golf cart to the beach right on the resort. I recommend this property and we’ll definitely be visiting again! Thanks 👍🏼👍🏼

Our family loved the property. Having the golf cart to go to the beach, pool, and dinner was a great added bonus. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. The location was quiet but very convenient to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.
