Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1208 sq ft condo steps from the beach located in a gated 15-acre tropical beachfront community. Mainsail is the perfect setting for your getaway featuring 2 beautiful pools (North pool heated in winter season), gas BBQ grills located by pool, private sugary white sand beach, covered parking, fitness center overlooking the South pool & more. This property has a maximum total occupancy of 6 (including all children). The palm covered South pool deck includes a splash pad, fountain & kiddie pool for the young ones, large pool & hot tub for the adults. All this in a gated community tucked away from the traffic yet, still in the heart of beautiful Miramar Beach across the street from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Walking distance to grocery, dining & shopping, yet when relaxing at Mainsail you will feel miles away from it all.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 (including children)
Lucy’s Getaway features 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, granite & stainless kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or just whip up a pitcher of margaritas, full size washer and dryer, large living room with 2 new leather couches (one has queen sleeper inside), 65” flat screen smart tv with cable & Bluetooth sound bar, wet bar, electric fireplace. New sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the balcony with partial Gulf views. Dining room has new dining table for 6, additionally there are 4 bar stools at kitchen bar. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, new mattress & furniture, 55” flat screen smart tv with Bluetooth sound bar and opens to the balcony. The primary has a large mirrored closet, spacious bath with separate toilet room, heated towel rack, tiled travertine shower with dual shower heads. The 2nd bedroom recently upgraded to all new furniture & features a twin bed and a full bed, dresser & large flat screen smart tv. Right outside bedroom 2 is a full bath with tub/bath combo. Several charging stations are located throughout the unit to keep you charged & high speed internet is available on the entire property to keep you connected. The entire unit is tiled in polished Mexican tile so you can relax with no worries about the sand. All the beds have crisp white comforters and linens that are professionally cleaned before each guest arrival.
Lucy’s Getaway is located on the 2nd floor with access to the beach, pool & parking only steps away. Why wait for traffic to let you cross to the beach when you can stay in a beachfront community? Many beach toys & 2 sand chairs are available in the unit for your use. The reservation includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella that will be set up by the beach attendant. You may park up to 2 automobiles on the property. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for a two bedroom unit. There are no exceptions!
This is available for no more than 6 guests including children and babies

Great clean condo in a great location

We had a great stay at Mainsail. It was a quick walk to the beach. Having the complimentary beach chairs was amazing. The sand and water were clear and clean. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We had some kitchen plumbing issues but were responded to and fixed quickly. We will definitely be back.

It’s the second time I have stayed in this exact unit for a reason! Top Notch once again! Location is amazing! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach is amazing! Was hoping the tennis courts were finished, but they weren’t:( Overall fantastic get away and amazing unit!

Beachfront stay

Property was clean and easy to get into. Had an issue with the code and the owners were able to help resolve promptly. Condo was clean and stocked with towels and extra bedding. Pickleball courts were a favorite and the walk to the beach is very easy.

Heaven on the beach

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Mainsail. Our first at Lucy’s getaway. It is by far our favorite and the perfect place to stay! We didn’t have to worry about anything! It was also decorated beautifully! I will definitely check this unit for future availability! Hated to leave!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have stayed at Mainsail many times and this has been our favorite condo. We loved how it was decorated and how spacious it was. The owner really thought of all the little extra things that make a big difference. The kitchen had everything we needed including a cabinet full of spices. There were supplies for doing laundry and doing dishes. In the master bedroom bathroom there was a heated towel rack and a shower with two shower heads. Everywhere you looked in the condo you could find little things the owner had done to make your stay perfect. The welcome chocolates and bottle of wine were so thoughtful! The owner was also super responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely book this condo again!

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our family of five! Very clean, great location, large living/dining space. We spent our mornings taking a quick walk to the beach where chairs and an umbrella waited for us. Then our afternoons were spent in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was also very responsive to questions. We were also pleased with how family-friendly the complex was. It was clean and quiet. I’d recommend this spot to anyone!

Miramar Beach Condo

The condo was in a great neighborhood great proximity to the beach. It is hard to find the street based on where it’s located off of 98. It’s a little tricky . However, the advertisement gave more of a view of the beach from the patio, which is false. The chairs that are included on the beach for guests-There is no one out there to assist you, they set them out and they come back when it’s time to pack them up. Also, the beds were uncomfortable they were hard and lumpy the quilts weren’t washed the bathrooms were not as clean as we expected. Some of the black face towels had hair on them; from the previous visitors. The check out time is a bit early 10 AM! An 11 or noon Checkout time would be preferable. Overall, the stay was fine. We were three ladies on a short getaway.

The condo is nice. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photo on VRBO. There was too many under age unsupervised youth at times diving off the waterfall into the pool in extremely shallow water. Running around the pool perimeter and diving into the pool with any regard for the undesirable splashing it created. The elevator closest to our condo did not work half the time. Take the pool and elevator malfunctions out of the equation and the vacation was good.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Fantastic rental and the owners, Catherine & David, made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Conveniently close to the beach and pool, very clean and stocked with plenty of essentials (towels, toilet paper, laundry/dishwasher tabs). Next time we're heading to Destin, we will be booking our here!

Destin-Mainsail trip!

We had an awesome time staying at Mainsail in Destin, FL. 1st time using VRBO and will definitely use them again. The condo was well supplied from soap, shampoo, conditioner for use in the showers. From extra toilet paper, papertowels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, plenty of towels to get you started. The owners thought of everything to make your visit stress free and enjoyable. Thank you Catherine and David (owners)! If we visit Destin again we will for sure contact you two!
