It is a detached house part of a carefully restored villa and perfectly blends its antique structure, decorated with modern and rustic furniture. Spread across two floors, it features two spacious bedrooms, a large living/dining room and a kitchen, making it a comfortable stay for a group of 6.
As you enter, the gate opens onto a courtyard equipped with a barbecue and patio for pleasant outdoor dining with splendid views of the mountains. There is a beautifully maintained garden, equipped with sun loungers for you to have pleasant moments of relaxation. Inside, you will find a vibrant living room furnished with sofas and a table, leading to an extended sitting area with a table and chairs. There is a fireplace in this area to keep you warm and cosy. On the right of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal. A separate dining table makes the kitchen even more characteristic.
From 2025 the house will also have an unheated outdoor swimming pool with a pool size of 5.49 meters in length, 2.74 in width and 1.32 in depth.
