"Bed was lower quality than I expected but still comfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress poking into your back. They offer FREE bottled beer and wine from 4-6 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but not the Friday and Saturday we were there. Breakfast was great but was the exact same choices every morning."

"We had to call about a loud party in a room above us. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet water was running. Breakfast staff was inattentive to keeping things stocked and let the trash cans overflow without emptying them."

"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to...

"Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed."
