"Sure this is one of the cheapest hotels in Mankato, but it is one of the newest and greatest value for the dollar. The staff was very friendly and they called me immediately when they discovered I left some property behind. Great people, nice place. "

"Really nice place, recently renovated (last year). Room is very nice, beds, bathroom, fridge, microwave, USB plugs and tv. We has a voucher for a discount…..I think rate was over $100 for a Saturday night, lower than others in town. Similar to Days Inn type hotel, but updated and nicer."

"Our overnight stay in Mankato was ok...Location was fine, close to the interstate. The hallways smelled like smoke and the sheets on our bed had worn holes in them. Over all it was ok, but I would think about seperating the smoking and non-smoking rooms on different floors and replacing the sheets. The staff was courteous and helpful, and to tell the truth, they had the best breakfast that we had at all the other hotels (about 5 different hotels)."
