"This is a beautiful property. Very comfortable and upscale. Had everything we needed. Eldor picked us up at the airport and had a lot of information about the island and places to visit. He was very knowledgeable. He communicated with us throughout our stay and was easy to reach if we had questions. The view is beautiful. Able to walk to restaurants and a few shops. Location is close to Choengmon beach which we thought was nice. I recommend this property. "

It's a short walk from the main road so maybe get a GRAB taxi or regular taxi instead of a shuttle if you don't want to drag your luggage over an uneven dirt road. "

The staff is amazing and very international. 7/11 in walking distance (5-10 min), clean and new rooms with good design and taste, quiet and very good food. Only minus: Bad wifi (you have to log on constantly with a numeric code) and the gym is not really a gym. It needs a running machine and some weights for that to work."

"Beautiful, small resort on a private island. Access is by a small motor boat - it’s very quick, only a couple minutes, but during rough seas/windy days, it can be a bit precarious. Beautiful villa with private pool was spacious and clean. Lots of mosquitos though - so really couldn’t enjoy having the sliding doors open to the villa. Didn’t explore the beach much as our private pool was lovely. Nice breakfast selection daily. "

We drove from the reception to a lounge reception which is located at the main pool and I was speechless about the amount of children - I don't think I exaggerate if I say there was at least 20-30 (small and loud) kids in the main pool.. It had a aqualand vibe - NOT a luxury hotel vibe - at all! And it is such a shame, because the hotel is beautiful and have the potential to be sooo nice and sophisticated, but with all those kids, it's the exact...

"Det er et utroligt smukt hotel, med en fin beliggenhed med indkøbsmuligheder, men uden for meget larm. Maden var slet ikke fantastisk i restauranten, men morgenmaden var god! Vores eneste problem var, at det var svært at få fat i roomservice, selvom der var åbent.
Værelserne er smukke, og udsigten fra poolen er fantastisk. I receptionen hjælper de med stort set alt, og ind- og udcheckning gik som smurt.

"The resort is nothing like on the pictures. From the picture it looks like this high end “instagram-esque” luxury resort but in reality it’s blocks of run down buildings surrounded by not that well kept vegetation. We had a direct pool access room but the pool looks of feel nothing like the pictures. They have removed all the wooden flooring exposing dirty concrete, and the area was very enclosed, making it feel like some dark dank concrete alley with a pool rather than an open resort with a nice pool. Also the hotel was impossible to get in touch with. Luckily we only stayed 2 days but had we booked our entire vacation here I think we would have started to cry.. it was not die hard awful, but it was just not good, like at all. It’s a 2 star hotel in reality."
"Rigtig søde medarbejder stort set over det hele med undtagelse af håndværkerne der ikke fik løst en dør der ikke kunne låses og en solseng hvor ryglænet ikke virkede. Da de endelig kom var de tre mænd der ikke kunne lave to simpel ting. Rengøring personalet og den der kører os op til værelset og receptionen, var så søde og imødekommende. Poolen var skøn og ren med den fedeste udsigt og liggestolene gode. Fik heldigvis ingen myggestik hvilet vi havde frygtet. Der er højt oppe til 801 (ca. 80-100 meter over havet men det er det hele værd med pool + liggestole og en fantastisk udsigt, og man kan blive kørt gratis hvis ikke magter at gå. Hotellet er en ældre “dame” og nogen steder lidt slidt men generelt rigtig lækkert. Barge er også en god restaurant med sødt personale. Tak for 5 gode dage"

The Villa itself was Ok but common areas are very bad maintained- felt like the place was abort going bankrobcy any minut. Almost no service and no facilities. The gym closed and so was restaurant - only a few food options in the café - agian poor quality. The pools are dirty eventhough chlorine level seems high and mentioned - no action. Outside light not working -agian mentioned but no action. I have never written a poor review on the many 5 star accommendations booked at hotels.com - but this is just below all standards - 3 star on a good day. Do not book. Used neighbour hotel - Hyatt - for all 5 star activities like spa, food and drinks "
