"Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

"Nice location and clean. Bathroom could have an update, but acceptable. Staff is super good. After being ripped off by a tutu driver, the hotel front desk helped booked a nice driver who took us to see 4 cities with a reasonable price for the second day. "

The hotel is within walking distance of the night market, and centrally located in Mandalay. However, not with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Grab a taxi - it is not expensive to reach the good restaurants - we can highly recommend the Mingalarbar...

"Ho soggiornato 4 notti in quest'hotel.
L'ultimo giorno, nel pomeriggio, prima di fare la doccia mi sono accorto che dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva acqua verde e non c'era acqua calda.
Avvertita la reception dell'accaduto e verificato quanto sopra non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e l'unica cosa che sapevano fare era quella di ridere.
Veramente assurdo.
Dopo 2 ore e mezza mi comunicavano che stavano avvertendo il manager di quanto accaduto.
Pochissima professionalità....

Arrivé de bonne heure (6h), accueil agréable, Check in fait pour 9h, très arrangeant et gentil. On a même eu le petit déjeuner en attendant la chambre.
Chambre propre, eau chaude met du temps à arriver.

Petit déjeuner un peu léger, demander à ce qu’on vous prépare des œufs. "

"Wat een uitzicht vanaf het dakterras waar ook een mini-zitzwembad is om af te koelen.Als enige gasten werden we door 10 man personeel omringd. Alleen de manager spreekt Engels. Hij is een erg charmante en gastvrije man met humor. Alleen de wifi kreeg hij niet aan de praat. Kamer heeft weer eens een andere inrichting met kleuren. Engelen en Boeddhabeelden aanwezig. Ook een massagestoel en een voetenmassageapparaat op de kamer. Hulpjes rijden je naar de ATM of naar de haven voor Minguntrip(doen!)....
