"Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood."

"The Little Branch House was everything it’s advertised to be and more. Their attention to details and thoughtfulness in the amenities is unmatched! The second we walked in, it felt like home. Forgot something? They probably have it there in case. The home was clean and comfortable. Close to all the things to do in Murfreesboro and we will gladly stay there again sometime!"
