Under the warm Mineral sunshine, glide across Lake Anna on the provided paddleboards or canoe, dine alfresco on the expansive balcony, shoot hoops on the private court, or indulge in a dip off the dock. There are two Frisbee golf holes in the backyard, and cornhole and shuffleboard for additional fun. When exploring Virginia's natural beauty, be sure to check out Chewning Park, the Orange Troller, and Lake Anna State Park.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    The two main floor bedrooms are connected with no privacy door between them. Please keep this in mind.
    This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake.
    This home has a direct boat launch on the property. If you do not want to use the direct boat launch, you will have to use a public launch. The home does not have a community launch for guest access.

Fabulous weekend getaway

We had an amazing family weekend at this beautiful home. The space was adequate, beds were very comfortable and plenty of activities for a rainy day. We would happily stay again!

Needs updating and regular maintenance, but a great location.

The beds were comfortable and we were provided ample sheets and towels. The real gem is the dock and the location on the lake. It's situated further from the major boating activity, which makes it safer for paddleboarding.

Fantastic Find On Lake Anna

This was our second year renting this house, and we’ll be back again! The house is well equipped, has lots of amenities, and is located on an ideal part of the lake. Boat rentals are close by, the dock area is fantastic, and the disc golf baskets and basketball/pickleball courts were a huge hit! The inside is spacious, nicely furnished, and offers air hockey, shuffleboard, and ping pong fun. We highly recommend this place - great fun for all ages!

Great family vacation

This house is perfect for large groups or families. The games downstairs were wonderful. The paddle boards were a big hit with the kids. Plenty of life jackets, noodles, etc. The pickleball court was a so fun.

The property was wonderful..private with woods on both sides. Amenities were great for older teens and adults, especially the pickle ball court. The house is older, needs a little sprucing up on the outside, especially power washing. 6 bedrooms but the master bedroom on first floor needs a privacy door unless a family with kids stays in the other one. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms but only one bath which makes it hard for adults up there. Easy entry once we were told that the lock box with the keys Was over on the garage area away from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Lake weekend

Stay was great. Just wish the house came stocked with a little kitchen and bar ware. Appliances were also a bit out of date. Overall a great time was had by all. Thank you.

The property was in a good location but has been neglected over time. The supposed king size bed was on a wobbly queen frame and the mattress hung over about 4 inches on each side. The appliances were very old except the refrigerator. There was not ample cookware and was old and mismatched. They had no baking sheets. The dock was a nice setup but needs work. I wouldn’t pay the prime season price for this rental.

Home Review

Overall this home suited us fine with our friends and kids. Plenty of space and we loved the new pickleball court! We spent a lot of time on the back deck. Master bedroom on main level definitely needs a new bed. Was not sturdy at all. Dock needs attention (which we checked with maintenance about) as well as the deck. Was disappointed that all bedrooms but 1 didn’t have any curtains (only blinds). We had a few under 2 with us and had to get creative for nap time. Our master was completely missing blinds on one window, and the maintenance gentleman kindly got one on from a different room. Overall we had a great and memorable time with friends. We’d return but hopeful some improvements will be made by next time :)

All Sun and Games July 2024

The lake location is awesome! Check in/out was easy. The boat launch was a plus! The dock was great for fishing or just hanging out, especially early mornings. There is quite the jaunt from the house to the dock...for sure we all got our steps in for the week :) We did mention that we wished we had a golf cart :) The paddle boards, kayak and basketball court were very well used! A pickle ball court was available but we didn't partake as we are not pickle players :) The home was well stocked with everything you need. We did ask for more dish washer tabs and garbage bags...which, by the way, it was very easy to correspond with our Vacasa Guest Services contact, McKayla. A partial roll of paper towel was supplied, so we were glad we brought several of our own. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party of 4 kids and 3 adults. There were plenty of towels and all bedding was provided. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. Two of us had to work on and off during the week and we were glad to find that the internet service was better than expected. Though we didn't watch too much television, there were two to choose from and they both worked well. The game room was a hit with ping pong, air hockey and shuffle board and there were plenty of board games to choose from which came in handy on one partially rainy day. We didn't utilize the firepit or the grill..it was way too humid and we really didn't have the chance as we were out on the water almost every minute :) We ate a lot of sandwiches or hit the lake restaurants....although one night we cooked up a bunch of stripers that were caught on a charter by our 12 year old :) We definitely loved the property and fully enjoyed our week stay!

We enjoyed our stay on the lake! The location of this property was the true gem of this rental. Situated in a very private spot on the lake with woods in between this house and the next. The big dock with some shade made it very enjoyable for everyone to hang out there during the day. Lots of fishing, pickleball, and yard games made our stay active and fun! The kitchen could use a renovation, and the house sprayed for bugs. The beds/frames also need to be addressed. It would also be nice to have a bit more seating in the living room for the number of people it sleeps. Overall, we still were able to enjoy the week together
