Inside, the home features a full kitchen with a wet bar, a Ping-Pong table for some friendly competition, and cozy living spaces perfect for making memories. Watch for bald eagles soaring overhead or fish for bass right off your dock.

Just 15 miles from Lake Anna State Park, you’ll find plenty of hiking, swimming, and pier fishing options. The charming town of Mineral is a short drive away and offers cider tastings at Coyote Hole Cidery, local wines at Lake Anna Winery, and craft brews at Cooling Pond Brewery.

Things to Note:
- Guests must bring their own chairs for the dock (no permanent seating).
- One dog (max 100 lbs) allowed with nightly fee.
- Free WiFi and parking for up to 5 vehicles.
- Septic system located on the front lawn—please do not drive or park there.
- Ping-Pong table and wet bar included.
- Guests must have a Virginia Boater Safety License to operate motorized watercraft.
- Virginia Fishing License required for fishing.
