One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise."

What looks like a light switch, actually turns the A/C off and on and would be great if it was labeled. Lighted mirror in one bathroom did not work. The lowest shelf over the sink looks like something spilled but never cleaned up properly.
