"It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. ...

"Awesome location to airport, we appreciated being so close to a drug store and a gas station to fill our rental car up the night before our flight too. Very nicely decorated, had the necessities, overall was clean. Beds and bedding were great! The house itself (especially the bathroom) is a bit older/rough than the pictures show, but overall it was still a good stay."

"We had a great stay at LeClair House! We were greeted with snacks, wine, candy and a lovely welcome note. The house truly had everything we could ever need for a weekend, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. The space is exactly as you see in the photos - quirky, but fun - and very cozy. The location is great with a straight walk to Church Street, close proximity to the South End (and awesome farmers' market on the weekends) and an easy walk to the lake. "What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...

"We really enjoyed our stay. There was some issues with the AC unit downstairs, but Dave quickly resolved it. The bed was a 10 out of 10!!! Would stay here again for sure!"

"The house is in a very good location. We had to deal with significant moisture inside due to heavy rains, and there was standing water in the garage. Otherwise, no issues."

"This house accommodated 13 family members. 7 kids enjoyed the paddleboards at the beach and the volleyball area. When they weren't doing those activities they were playing soccer on the lawn. An additional plus was the theatre room for late night movies.We loved the covered deck which was perfect for morning coffee and lots of conversation. This house is beautiful and perfect for family gatherings with easy access to Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington. We will rent again!"
