"Spent a short night to catch an early flight from the airport at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and made an accommodation for breakfast vouchers that we were not able to utilize. The beds were comfortable and their room was spacious. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. So we had to make our own kinda crib and sleep with one eye open all night.
Communication between employers and the different teams at the hotel is obviously very poor - they even said as much to us.
Most employers were very kind though and gave us breakfast next day as compensation. And the food was surprisingly delicious. But all in all a very disappointing experience. "
