Can’t fault this place in any way, stopped here to be in the area for the snooker at the Crucible in Sheffield, it was a 20 minute taxi ride from here to Sheffield Town Centre. As Arnie said….. Can’t fault this place in any way, stopped here to be in the area for the snooker at the Crucible in Sheffield, it was a 20 minute taxi ride from here to Sheffield Town Centre. As Arnie said….. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed rooms with comfy beds and super quiet with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Dining options in the pub restaurant were vast and the food delicious with a really friendly team. Final bonus - REAL MILK provided in the fridge for proper morning coffee. Cannot recommend enough. "We had 2 rooms one of which was accessible for an elderly relative. The accessible room on the ground floor was big enough for a wheelchair and had a huge wet room. The other room was a huge double with another large bathroom including spacious rain head shower cubicle.
Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
There was no air con but fans were provided.
There were also plenty of sockets beside the beds for plugging devices.
Both rooms had a coffee machine with pods and fresh milk...

The restaurant on the ground floor was always full of locals so you know the food is good. Everything you would expect from a local inn. Free, delicious chocolate chips cookies everyday!
