The property was very clearly in the midst of renovation, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. There was no one at the front desk, and when the staff member appeared it was obvious we had interrupted something far more important. The bed was hard as a rock, and there was no mattress pad, just a fitted sheet which came off during the night. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, which I would have contacted them about, but I wasn't interested in putting my feet on whatever was growing on the rubber mat inside the tub anyway. I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room, nor any cups for water. The free breakfast consisted of a couple of kinds of cereal and a pancake machine - great if you're 12, but not for adults. I expected a lot more for what we paid.
