"Overall everything was great, we had a great time. The property is nice and quiet, you really can escape from the real world and get lost in your thoughts. At night it does get extremely dark, you barely can see in front of you so be prepared for that. They give you a nice welcome package that comes with water, popcorn, coffee, tea, oatmeal and s'mores. My wife and I had a great time and will return soon."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Bavarian Inn Lodge! Our kids had an absolute blast at the waterpark, and it was so nice to have a family getaway where everyone had something to enjoy. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved how family-oriented everything felt. One of my favorite parts was slowing down and making memories together. We can’t wait to come back!"

"I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad...

"We always stay at Spring Hill Suits in Frankenmuth! This time the refrigerator wasn't cooling very well we told the front desk! It was taken care of the next day!"
