Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with bedding included for eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite complete with a walk-in robe and private ensuite.



A dedicated children's retreat offers the perfect space for fun and relaxation, featuring a TV, comfortable seating, and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for an additional two guests when required.



The home also features a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a private ensuite to the master bedroom, and an additional powder room, ensuring comfort and convenience for families and groups alike.

Unfortunately, this is not the property for you. This home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, so a hens/bucks/schoolies type celebration is not appropriate. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges and/or eviction will apply, which everyone wants to avoid. If you are unsure, please enquire before booking.



How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2 pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.



Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.



Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay.



Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.

Security & Noise Monitoring

External security cameras monitor common access areas as this is a strata managed block.



Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'
