"This is our second time staying at this lovely place and it was great. The hosts are easy to communicate with, kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and beds are comfortable. We brought our dog and there is a small yard for her. Also the location is very close to shops, restaurants and downtown. Definitely recommend!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Dark & Moody Home" very much and would definitely rent again. The unit was clean and comfortable with a great layout for families or groups, including an outdoor patio for relaxing after a long day. Even though you're in town, the location is awesome and easy access to great restaurants and pubs, the highway, area colleges, and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away. Our host, Justin, was responsive to our questions and super great to work with."

The hosts also allowed us an early check in which was a total life saver as we were traveling with a toddler. However we did not believe this was a 9.8 star stay. "Great house! We stayed here with another family for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook Sports Complex. Enough room for everyone to sleep and chill out between games. 2 miles from Grub lake to go fishing. So nice to cook meals and not have to go out to eat. Laundry was a plus to wash uniforms!!! Host was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!"

I’ve stayed in many other rentals that don’t even have salt and pepper but this unit was decently stocked with the basics as well as a full spice rack! Private parking in back was a godsend! It is an older home that is really updated well. Good easy communication with owner! "

However, we were just passing through for one night, and didn't have the time. Examples: books, basket for market or picnic, and cooking equipment. I will warn you that the shower is may be uncomfortable for the modest. My 13yro daughter refused to use the open shower without doors or enclosed space, lol.
