This spacious home is located in the heart of Ohio's Amish country, on a beautiful township road just 3 miles from downtown Berlin! This 1,800 sq ft space features TWO BEDROOMS and a large front porch. The living area is spacious! NEW ADDITIONS: All New Flooring in 2021, a ping pong table and a brand new 75” tv! A beautiful, full kitchen awaits you with a full range, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Coffee and snacks are supplied. Our guests have access to DIRECTV and free wifi.

What really makes this space unique is the large living area with vaulted ceilings, the 60ft front porch and 2 separate bedrooms!

Other things to note
We try to be very accommodating hosts, however our house rules include:
*NO SMOKING inside the unit- smoking must be contained to the porch area only.
*NO PETS- We absolutely adore pets, but we have 2 dogs of our own and feel that guests bringing pets would not work well in this setting.
*Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the apartment and on the porch area. However, we ask that guests be mindful that our family lives next door and we live in a family friendly neighborhood.
*PLEASE NOTE- This is a large space, however, we try to keep our price reasonable to encourage smaller groups as well. There is a $25 per night/ per person charge for more than 6 guests. 8 people maximum.
