"We booked for a sibling birthday retreat- traveling from Texas, NC and Va. The house was quaint, comfortable ( chairs on porch not so much- would have liked rocking chairs as advertised as the weather was perfect for spending time there). A few electrical glitches typical for older homes-plugs in guesthouse were wonky and couldn’t seem to get enough light. "A beautiful home in a lovely country setting. Very comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was great! Our granddaughter loved the cows! And the market across the road has wonderful ice cream and cheeses! Easy access to Lexington. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"
