Only a few blocks from the beach and the hosts made sure we knew activities going on in the community. We felt very welcome and it was so peaceful and beautiful. "This home was PERFECT for a family vacation with 7 adults. The house is beautifully maintained, has spacious rooms and a truly beautiful deck and view, and is well-stocked with virtually every creature comfort one could want on vacation. "Traveled to the area for the 4th of July weekend. It was busy in all of the lake communities but not “Tahoe busy”. The house decor was very Patriotic. Only the bedrooms have window AC units making the living room/kitchen area less enjoyable with the heatwave California was experiencing. Ceilings fans and extra box fans were appreciated and used. We had a few instances of not enough hot water (there were 5 of us showering in pretty close secession). Communication with the property manager was...

"We had an amazing trip to Lake Almanor for Labor Day. We have been staying with friends for years since our kids were little and now they are older and bringing extras so we needed a second house to fit all of us. This house did not disappoint. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was awesome and the boat dock was very convenient.Thank you for renting to us!"

"Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. "We only wish we could've stayed longer!! This is an amazing cabin in the woods. It is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are little added touches that really make it special hammocks in the back, a bottle of wine, coloring books for the kids, and maps of the area. I would highly recommend!
