"This is a lovely little Inn right next to the river. They serve a nice breakfast and I really enjoyed the cozy sitting area in the lobby with a fire. It Was very peaceful UNTIL my last night when the Fire Alarm went off 3 Times !! 7pm, 9:30pm & 11:40pm..... there was no fire. It was a surprise to the staff as well as the guests and went on for a very long time. I spoke to the front guest on check out about some kind of compensation for this Major disruption. I was told my number would be given...

"THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE BATHROOM TOO. FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING FROM 7AM TO 10AM. GREAT LOCATION IN VAIL VILLAGE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF BARS,CAFES, RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPPING. LOTS OF SKI RENTAL PLACES, AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SKI LIFT. ALSO HAS A BUS THAT GOES TO LIONSHEAD VILLAGE FOR FREE."

"Comfortable bed, soft sheets, excellent staff, good complimentary coffee in the lobby. I wouldn’t count on eating a good meal at the hotel. The food at the hotel bar is 2/10. Breakfast is processed yoghurt and pastries 2/10."

"Another great stay with Pines Lodge, will visit again if we are in the area. Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!"

"This is an incredible place to stay! You are steps from Gondola one. Pepi’s bar with live music every day is right there on property. We had a huge deck off of our room for enjoying the outdoors. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning had tons of variety! The staff was so helpful! And for avail, and for being right in the middle of all the action, the price per night was fair."

Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it...
