"Enjoyable food and ambiance. Pleasant location by river and interesting artifacts connected to the old mill. Quiet location for overnight accommodation away from the main building. Only slight problem was the pebbled area which made wheeling luggage a bit difficult."

"Didnt view the area so cannot comment but the host lesley was very accommodating to me for early check in and very hospitable. Would stay again. Breakfast was nice. Room was good with own ensuite that was clean with little toiletries if needed to use. "

The property is very homely, in a very nice rural location, parking is within the farm, safe and secure.

We had dinner at the hotel as well, and the food was wonderful, as was the service. Highly recommend a walk around the stunning gardens.
